Trampoline classes

Trampolining is an exciting sport combining balance, power and spatial awareness. Its appeal spreads to both genders and across a wide age range.

We run trampoline classes at a range of different venues, days and times. Please see below for a list of classes. If you would like to join a class, please sign up to our waiting list and we will contact you when a space becomes available.

All our sessions are split by ability and all new members will be required to start in a beginner class and progress through the levels. If you are moving from one session to another, your coach will advise you of which level class you require. If you wish to transfer from another trampoline club to join Velocity, please speak to head coach Adam.

You can see a list of classes with spaces available here. If there are spaces in a class you can immediately request the space and we will get back to you once you are added to the class. If there are no spaces in your chosen class and you can’t find any suitable alternatives you can join the waiting list.
